Bar Catering services

OPEN SERVICE 

We provide everything with this awesome service option, including our Class I Liquor License. You get to relax and rest assured that everything has been taken care of.  We offer Beer & Wine Only; Beer, Wine, and 2 Specialty Beverages; or Beer, Wine, and a Full Bar.  Our bars come with our Standard offerings or you may Upgrade your experience to meet the needs of your guests. With Full Service, we also provide you with a complimentary self-serve water station, non-alcoholic beverages, and Greenware biodegradable cups.  We have a number of attractive physical bars available for rent but recommend renting your Glassware from your Event Rental company. Finally, we offer a number of additional services (Champagne Toast, Wine Table Pour, etc.), let us know if this interests you and we’ll help bring your vision to life!

CASH BAR SERVICE

We offer the same structure as our Open Service options above, but with this service, your guests help pay for your event!  With Cash Bars, you pay for the labor, travel, partial gratuity, and any add-on services you request and your guests will pay an ala carte price for our menu options. This is considered a cost-sharing event, as your guests essentially pay for the beverages provided by us.

SERVICE ONLY

We provide the bartenders, you provide the booze. We supply ice, cups, icing bins, straws, napkins, and other needs included in our service.

CREATE-YOUR-OWN (BAR) ADVENTURE

We are quite flexible and are happy to work with you in customizing a bar menu to make the vision of your event come to life. Additional re-stocking fees apply to any substitutions from our Standard Offerings per season.
